General Electric's Remote Distribution Unit (RDU) provides an extension of power distribution circuits to critical loads through a flexible design.

These remote desktop units can also provide branch circuit monitoring letting users determine load balancing over the three phases, while alarm set points insure the load on all circuits does not exceed a point that could trip the main remote desktop unit circuit breaker.
